BUSINESS SIDE
• Responsible for achieving quarterly targets in terms of new business
and business from existing clients
• Responsible for ensuring Business Growth in alignment with the Company Business Plan.

CLIENT SIDE

• Responsible for managing existing Client relationships;
• Responsible for regular client interaction with the hiring managers to generate technical and behavioural inputs for the requirements
• Responsible for generating new Clients for Contract IT staffing.
• Responsible for managing the On site Consultants on Projects.

DELIVERY SIDE
• Responsible for managing the complete delivery cycle for the Client
requirements with the Recruiting Team;
• Prioritize requirements and ensure optimum utilization of Recruiting resources
• Responsible for ensuring Quality of delivery by screening and short listing resumes before sending to client
• Responsible to guide and lead recruiting team to explore various possible options to maintain quality and quantity of resumes required to serve clients
• Responsible for handling escalations for No Shows, No Interviews etc.

PROFILE

• A proficient player in managing and building clients for IT Staffing
business.
• Prior experience in managing Contract Staffing/ Permanent
staffing business
• Self-Motivated and has ability to multi task.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proved ability to handle a team in previous assignment.
• Ability and willingness to own the complete delivery to close business
