Roles and Responsibilities:

Identifying, generating new business opportunities, clients for the range of Services with respect to IT industry.
Preparing action plans and schedules to identify target market gathering data on the same.
Prepare necessary presentations, proposals for client interaction. • Present and Sell IT related software Services to identified potential clients followed by post sales activities.
Providing demo presentation at clients place when ever required.
Updating on sales promotional collaterals and Service knowledge. Establishing the brand name of product / services.
Establish and maintain a cordial relationship with current and Prospective clients.
Preparing and maintaining master report of entire activities, including daily activity, leads, follow-up, closings, future prospects and adherence to goals.
Communicating new service opportunities, special developments, feedback gathered through field activity to concerned staff. Responsibilities include direct sales, account management & establishing strategic alliances.
Great people and relationship-building skills are essential to this role as well as the ability to communicate effectively via phone and email.
Meeting targets on a regular basis.
Generate leads at CXO level in the focused segment and geography. Build relationships using consortium such as embassies, industry associations like FICCI, CII, etc.
Connect to CXOs of target companies to understand their pain areas and suggest how TRASSET solutions could solve their problems in the lead generation process

Work Location: Bangalore (Should be open for business travel)

Qualifications: BE (IT/CS/ELECTRONICS) B.Tech (IT/CS/ELECTRONICS)/ B.Sc (CS). MBA (IT/Marketing/Sales).
Experience: 3- 5 Years of Experience

Mandatory Skills:

Strong knowledge on Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Strong in various Technologies and domain knowledge. Strong Exposure of BFS /BFSI - DOMAIN. Good in Client Management. Good in giving presentation to corporate and understanding the client req. Must be willing to travel anywhere in the world.

Desirable Skills:

Should be an aggressive go-getter with extensive experience in sales and business development. Should be able to handle a team of at least 2-3 people. Should have excellent relationship management skills and ability to handle senior executives
