- Min. 2-4 years experience in HR and Admin activities:-

 Interviewing candidates.
 Induction, issuing offer letter, ID cards, background verification.
 Employee relations.
 Grievance handling.
 Employee services and counseling.
 Managing recruitment process by sourcing, screening and selecting candidates for all levels.
 Using job portals, Mass recruitment.
 Maintaining database.
